UK Shipping

Shipping Service
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48®. This service provides end-to-end tracking, aiming to deliver in two to three working days, including Saturdays.

Shipping Costs
UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.99.
​
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery is estimated to take 2-3 working days from dispatch. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Tracking and Responsibility
Royal Mail Tracked 48® provides full tracking to the delivery point and includes a photo on delivery. Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by Royal Mail. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us for assistance.

Returns and Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events such as postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

International Shipping

Shipping Service
All international orders are shipped via DPD. This service provides reliable delivery with tracking to over 200 destinations worldwide.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, size, and weight. Prices start from £12.00 for European destinations and from £21.00 for countries outside of the EU. The final cost will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For example:
Europe: 3–11 business days
Rest of the World: 5–14 business days Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Customs and Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Responsibility and Signatures
A signature is required for DPD deliveries. If no one is available, redelivery arrangements must be made with the courier. Once signed for, the package becomes the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
For lost or delayed packages, contact us after 10 business days. If damaged items are received, notify us within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.

Prohibited Items
Some items may be restricted or prohibited for shipment to certain countries. Please review our list of restricted items before ordering.

Returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item. Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned goods in original condition.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs or courier strikes). Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

Additional Information
Uzuri Asili is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is inputted correctly. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to Uzuri Asili, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the parcel re-delivered to the correct address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.
Uzuri Asili cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email uzuriasili@outlook.com if your order experiences a delay, and we will do our best to assist you.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation allowing you to track the status of your shipment online. Should there be any unforeseen delays in processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24 hours of placing your order to uzuriasili@outlook.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled or modified. Once the order has been processed and fulfilled, no changes or cancellations can be made.
